| Welcome to The Woodstock Gallery - located in the quintessential New England town of Woodstock, Vermont. For fifteen years our little gallery has been an integral part of the Woodstock community and the Upper Valley - a culturally charged area. Over time we have evolved to provide a broad mixture of eclectic and colorful art in our little gallery. From folk art to fine art- our motto- typifies what you will find at The Woodstock Gallery. We strive to provide the highest quality of work, yet offer opportunities to accommodate your specific budget. We believe that art enhances lives and that art should be approachable with a range of affordability, but also provide beauty and value for our lives. We think that: Life is fun .. art should be too! Our representation of artists includes a strong emphasis on quality regional New England artists. The Woodstock Gallerys artists represent no specific style, so that we can better serve the diverse tastes of our clients. All of our work possesses a high level of quality in their respective media. Our collection includes jewelry, painting, photography, pottery, woodcarving, and metalwork. The Woodstock Gallerys reputation is built on friendliness, hospitality and service. We want to share our passion for art and truly feel that art should be inspiring and fun! This winter, weve added Elizabeth Allen to the gallery representation. Elizabeth lives outside of Burlington, where she paints traditional landscapes and still lifes, in oil, but with an upbeat and lighter feel. Check out her new pieces. Weve added new work by Kate Emlen, Julie Choi and now have Sabra Fields just-released print, Cloud Light. Well be adding several new artists this spring. Come back and see their work as we update our website. In April we will have a special showing of Sabra Field's new series- Cosmic Geometry. Cosmic Geometry is a departure from her traditional Vermont images and reflects her experiences over a lifetime of looking and thinking. This has led her to the conclusion that "everything is part of everything," or, more simply put, "all is one." This is a must-see presentation. Please remember that our inventory of original artwork is always changing and often a piece on our website may no longer be available. Call us if you are looking for something specific -and as always you can take home pieces to see how they will compliment the design of your home. Our goal is to make The Woodstock Gallery one of the finest galleries in Vermont and to provide a selection of artists as varied as the visitors that we have to the gallery and to our website. If youre looking for something in particular or a special artist, let us know and well do our best to help out.
Come and visit us. Scott Franzen |
